Youth: A raw material for a better society

Youth is considered as a raw material for the development of high valued personality.

If you want to get the desired excellent quality product, you have to mix the high standard ingredients with the quality raw material.

Now as we know that our Youth (raw Material) is already having good quality. And for making them the best persons or prepare the youth with best personality traits, we have to mix them with the high quality ingredient called moral values, and a set of I.Q. and E.Q.

This is very serious matter to discuss that the moral values in today’s youth are downgrading day by day. The parent, teacher, and society is only focusing upon to score the good marks anyhow. That means they are judging the youth with only I.Q. but if we talk about E.Q. youth is having very low level of it.

Now the question is arising that why it happens?

Researchers say that we are ignoring the moral education in home as well as schools and colleges. Now again we think that who is responsible for it? Here I have answer to tell you that, this is not a responsibility of parents alone, we can’t blame the teachers only, this is the joint exercise of every parent and teacher to instill this through moral education. But the scenario is changing rapidly and even anyone in the society is not serious about it. And if any worst situation arises we starting to blame of today’s youth.

Let me tell you an example that if you purchase any product form the company and it is not producing desired result or according to your requirement, what first thing comes in your mind that the manufacturer of this product has not used the good quality raw material and the ingredients used with it were of very low standard. And if product satisfies. You feel delighted and starting the publicity about the company … that this company always making the good quality products. So why we blame only our youth? If he or she is not morally correct!

Now coming to the Intelligence Quotient (I.Q.) and Emotional Quotient (E.Q.). there is a need to focus on the E.Q. along with I.Q.

To get a job or success there may be requirement of I.Q. but to retain and manage the success the E.Q. level must be developed in the youth.

How we can identify that the person has High E.Q. Level there are some qualities to be watched carefully.

A person should be self aware that means he/she has the ability to recognize & evaluate the emotions and efforts.

So that he/she can fully understand that what he/she is? and why?  A person should be self regularized…. He/she has the power to control his/her emotions. He/she has to be adaptive and never resist to change. Though having better I.Q.  if  person does not the motivate himself. Ultimately he will unable to set up his goal with clear objective.   He/she will never maintain the successful relationship. Now the Empathy  also plays an important role in person’s development.

Empathy means to consider the someone’s problems and sorrow as yours.

Social skills must be present in every person. Social skill consists of the Better communication with the society and having the skilled leadership.

Sometimes you have heard that being a high I.Q. level he has failed to succeed. But on the other hand a modest I.Q. level person who is having the High E.Q. has topped the world.

Please go through what I have written. Think with your intuition and rationale for the improvement of our youth and their future.
